When you make a purchase in our shop, you will receive confirmation via the e-mail address provided and the item will be sent to you within 2-7 working days. In case of incorrect orders or other problems, contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Standard shipping with us is 2-7 working days before your order reaches you. We send our products with Post Nord, we are not responsible for any postal negligence.

Return

You have a full right to return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

 upon return, you are the customer responsible for the return cost.

All returned products must be in a new condition and not opened or used.

NO REFUND ON OPENED PRODUCTS

The product that is to be returned to us must be well packed in, for example, a padded envelope or cardboard, not just in a plastic bag. This is to ensure that the product is protected during transport. We take no responsibility for products that are damaged during transport, but they must be in unchanged condition when we receive them.

To change a product, you first need to let us know that you want to make a change and then place a new order for what you want to change to within 24 hours.
